We’ve finally hit another milestone recently with 3000 page hits. Some of you may remember that this site is in its third incarnation already. The first two were quickly abandoned after only a few weeks as I never got enough interest to keep working on it. I started fresh on 1st January 2007 posting a photo a day, and look where we are now. 3 months of photos and still going strong. Looks like the third time is indeed the lucky one 
Of course, I’ve also accumulated over 500 spam messages, so the number of actual visitors is at most 2500, but nevertheless, it’s still something to celebrate! Thank goodness for Akismet. And of course, many thanks to the guys at wordpress.com for making this blog available at all!
Next month, I’ll be continuing the nature theme, but I shall allow some human elements rather than just nature shots. I won’t include architectural and other significant man-made features, but a small amount of human interest should be fun.
